Accountabilities:

    The Quality Management System Oversight Lead will be responsible for supporting the execution, improvement, and governance of quality management processes while partnering with global teams to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.

    • Support the execution of quality strategies and enterprise Quality Management System initiatives.
    • Contribute to key QMS elements including quality infrastructure, issue management, management reviews, change management, process optimization, controlled documents, knowledge management, and risk management.
    • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes, systems, and operational practices.
    • Manage assigned projects and initiatives, including planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting, resource management, and escalation activities.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to team members when required.
    • Support budget management activities related to quality initiatives and programs.
    • Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness activities.
    • Develop, update, and improve quality documents, processes, tools, templates, and effectiveness measurement approaches.
    • Provide technical guidance and oversight for electronic quality management systems and related applications.
    • Support teams in using automated quality systems, analyzing reports, and providing relevant quality metrics.
    • Collaborate with training teams to develop and enhance quality-related learning materials.
    • Lead cross-functional improvement projects and present quality management topics to clients, auditors, and regulatory stakeholders.
    • Maintain awareness of evolving regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Quality Management Systems, regulated environments, and process improvement, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills.

      • 5–8 years of professional experience in Quality Management, Clinical Research, pharmaceutical, CRO, healthcare, or another regulated industry environment.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required; a degree in life sciences, healthcare, science, technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
      • Master’s degree in a science, technology, or industry-related field is an advantage.
      • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, quality processes, and compliance requirements.
      • Experience with GxP compliance and regulated quality standards.
      • Experience supporting audits, inspections, quality documentation, and regulatory processes.
      • Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
      • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a global matrix environment.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft-based applications and general IT systems.
      • Experience with quality technology platforms, business operations, or electronic quality management systems is preferred.
      • Training development or delivery experience is an advantage.
      • Strong cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with international teams.
