Group/Division The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Job Description (please list detailed job responsibilities): • Lead the Southern Taiwan EHS team to execute EHS management programs at customer sites and ensure compliance with customer EHS requirements, standards, and regulations. • Serve as an EHS internal training instructor: o Updating training materials. o Consolidating attendance records. o Delivering training sessions. o Addressing questions during classes. • Lead the organization of annual customer agreement meetings: o Prepare relevant materials. o Proactively coordinate with Business Units (BUs) on work risk assessment content. • Participate in routine customer safety meetings and prepare related meeting materials and documentation. • High-Risk Work Supervision: o Supervise high-risk operations and collaborate with customers to prevent safety violations and injuries. o Identify and clarify critical on-site risks; communicate effectively with stakeholders and employees to ensure understanding and mitigation. • Customer Site Patrol & Audit: o Conduct regular EHS patrols and audits at customer fabs. o Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. o Submit daily reports to the manager. o Manage gowning areas and storage zones at customer fabs in accordance with 6S principles. • Customer Engagement: o Attend regular customer EHS meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up. o Compliance Assurance: o Ensure compliance with PIP (Product Integrity Program), security, and EHS requirements from government, customer, and company perspectives. • Incident Response o Respond to customer violations or emergency incidents and coordinate follow-up actions. • Provide support for other duties and tasks as assigned by management. o Including, but not limited to, support for and participation in office fire drills and customer-site emergency response exercises. o Arrange cleanroom garment laundering services, as well as procure and distribute cleanroom supplies and notebooks. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's level degree and nice to have 3 years related work experience and team management experience. • Class B Occupational safety and health management personnel above. • Nice to have the latest TSMC Green Card (by year) Certification (最新年度台積小綠卡認證). • Good Knowledge of local EHS regulations or customer EHS/ PIP rules • Good in communication, collaboration, problem solving skills.
