You are not only responsible for securing and scoping the work — you lead the entire project lifecycle, from initial inspection through final walkthrough, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need leaders who do the same.What You’ll DoInspect losses and determine accurate scopes of mitigation services and associated costsPrepare detailed and profitable estimates for fire, water, wind, vandalism, and related restoration lossesManage approximately $1M+ in annual project volumeReach agreement with insurance adjusters and/or clients on scope and pricingClearly define project expectations, including scope inclusions/exclusions and finished resultsObtain signed contracts and close restoration-related salesDevelop production budgets and pre-plan jobs for efficient executionCoordinate daily production needs with the Project CoordinatorRelay scope of work to Crew Chiefs and Technicians and remain available for field supportOversee all production on assigned projects to ensure quality control and scope completionConduct final walkthroughs with Crew Chiefs to ensure client satisfactionComplete change orders, supplemental billings, and open item billings as neededAssist with collections and support accounts receivable processesAccurately track equipment and materials used on jobsAnalyze project profitability upon completion to assess estimate accuracyMaintain weekly estimates-in-progress reportingAttend weekly update meetings with A/R and managementEnsure daily documentation within PSA, including detailed file notesFollow all company policies and job workflow proceduresProvide oversight, accountability, and coaching to Restoration TechniciansAssist in recruiting and developing mitigation personnelPerform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business.RequirementsWhat You’ll BringRequiredStrong experience in...
