  • Lead analysis, research, and specification development across metallic, composite, and non‑metallic structural materials used in engine design and operation.

  • Perform and guide advanced structural evaluations including damage tolerance, durability, design allowables, dynamics & loads, stress fatigue, thermal analysis, and fracture mechanics.

  • Provide expert vibration, aeromechanics, fatigue, fracture, probabilistic, and HCF capability guidance to internal teams and external customers.

  • Lead pre‑ and post‑test data processing, interpret results, and drive technical recommendations.

  • Develop and implement new structural engineering methods, tools, and process improvements with measurable impact on engineering quality and efficiency.

  • Direct moderately to large projects or workstreams requiring deep cross‑functional integration.

  • Serve as a technical authority, mentor, and reviewer for early career engineers, ensuring adherence to high analytical and documentation standards.

  • Represent the organization in technical discussions with customers, vendors, and executive leadership.

  • Contribute significantly to engineering standard work, best practices, training materials, and continuous improvement (CORE/AS9100) activities.

What You Will Learn:

  • Advanced OEM‑level lifing and structural integrity methodologies across multiple disciplines.

  • How to influence cross‑functional engineering strategies with short‑ and medium‑term organizational impact.

  • Development of structural engineering processes that shape product capability and reliability.

  • Leadership skills for guiding complex investigations, large work packages, and multi‑team technical integrations.

  • Best practices for executive‑level communication, risk articulation, and decision framing.

Qualifications You Must Have:
