The team ensures that students move smoothly through TUMO’s learning model - combining self-learning, workshops, and project labs - while maintaining a structured, supportive, and engaging environment.About the position: We are looking for a Coach Team Manager to join our team in Dilijan. In this role, you will lead and support a team of learning coaches, oversee daily team operations, maintain high educational and operational standards, and contribute to coach development. Working closely with the Center Manager and other center teams, you will play a key role in helping students successfully navigate TUMO’s learning model.Responsibilities:Support and participate in the coach recruitment, onboarding, and integration process.Efficiently manage the day-to-day workflow of the coach team, fostering a trusting work environment focused on open communication, teamwork, and professional growth.Proactively identify workplace tension, resolve disagreements, and guide the team toward effective solutions while holding coaches accountable to high standards and KPI achievement.Prepare coach schedules to ensure maximum operational coverage and smooth execution of daily responsibilities.Oversee quadrant work, self-learning progress, session attendance, and task distribution across learning spaces to ensure educational standards are met and students are effectively supported.Supervise learning space activities to maintain an organized, productive, and focused learning environment for students.Coordinate solutions for technical issues and utilize internal software platforms and digital tools to ensure smooth daily operations.Collaborate closely with workshop leaders and oversee orientation presentations to support student success and a smooth onboarding experience.Co-manage center operations during special events, presentations, and other initiatives alongside the Center Manager, while supporting additional operational needs as required.Monitor educational delivery quality, track team and individual performance, compile and analyze operational statistics, and provide actionable reports and recommendations to the Center Manager.RequirementsHigher education in Education, Leadership, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.1+ years of proven experience in team or operations management, preferably within an educational, training, or youth-development environment.Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, support, and evaluate teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive process improvement.Commitment to innovation in education and an interest in contemporary learning models, technology, and creative fields.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.Knowledge of English is preferred.BenefitsHealth Insurance and discount on travelers insuranceAssistance with work permit and opening a bank account if neededExtra New Year paid holidays: 3rd, 4th and 5th of January5 days of Personal LeaveBirthday LeaveUpload your resume to autofill the applicationUploadFirst name *Last name *Email *Dial codePhone numberLinkedIn profilePlease upload your resume as a PDF file. *Click or drag file to uploadSupported file format: .PDF; Maximum file size: 10.49 MB; Maximum file: 1;QuestionHave you studied at TUMO? *Yes, I am a TUMO Alumnus/Alumna.Yes, I am a TUMO Student.No, I haven't studied at TUMO.AI disclaimerThis application process may use AI-enabled systems to support candidate...
