We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesDesign and evolve the technical release model, including versioning, configuration management, deployment logic, and validation stagesBuild and maintain production-grade release tooling, deployment automation, and configuration systemsOperate and support the global release pipeline, ensuring reliable end-to-end software releasesMonitor release performance, deployment outcomes, and system health signals related to releasesAnalyze failures and provide structured feedback to engineering teams to improve release qualityContinuously improve release processes, tooling, and systems based on observed issues and scaling needsCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure consistent adoption of release standards and practicesDrive improvements that reduce operational risk and increase release confidence across the organizationWhat are we looking forMust haves:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in production environmentsStrong experience with release automation, deployment systems, and configuration managementAbility to diagnose complex release and deployment failures and implement durable solutionsExperience influencing engineering practices through system design and standardsStrong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and release processesAbility to work across teams and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindsetNice to haves:Experience working in distributed or large-scale systems environmentsFamiliarity with cloud and on-prem deployment environmentsExperience improving developer workflows and release reliability at scaleApplication ProcessRecruiter InterviewHiring Manager InterviewTechnical AssignmentPanel DiscussionDirector InterviewWorking at ICEYEAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
