You will join a high-impact Product Analytics team operating at the core of a fast-scaling live events and ticketing platform. In this role, you will transform complex product and user data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence product strategy, roadmap decisions, and customer experience. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and measure impact across key user journeys. This position blends deep analytical rigor with strategic thinking, requiring comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping problems from the ground up. You will also play a key role in experimentation, helping define and interpret A/B tests that guide product evolution. Beyond analysis, you will contribute to data quality, tooling, and storytelling to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making at every level. Accountabilities:

    • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to size opportunities, evaluate product impact, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
    • Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, including opportunity framing, deep-dive analysis, experimentation design, and diagnostic investigations.
    • Develop and refine key datasets and analytical frameworks to improve data accessibility and decision-making across teams.
    • Design, evaluate, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to measure causal impact and guide product strategy.
    • Contribute to product roadmap discussions by connecting data insights with broader business goals and user experience outcomes.
    • Mentor and support peers in analytical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
    • Requirements:

      • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, data science, or related fields within tech, consumer products, or marketplaces.
      • Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience using Python or R for analysis, modeling, or data exploration.
      • Proven ability to solve ambiguous business problems and translate them into structured analytical approaches and insights.
      • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and interpreting product behavior through data.
      • Strong systems thinking and ability to understand how product, user behavior, and business metrics interact.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence stakeholders.
      • Experience with data tools and platforms such as dbt, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar is a plus.
