Field Service/Support Technician
Role responsibilities
Provide technical support on operational and maintenance aspects of Teledyne API products, diagnosing failures and determining cost-effective repairs. Serve as the customer contact for technical and service activities, including troubleshooting and application support.
Requirements
An associate degree in a mechanical related field or equivalent experience is required, along with 5+ years in a service-related environment. Candidates must have experience with test equipment and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
