Clinical Project Manager, Immuno-oncology, IQVIA Biotech

We are seeking a US-based Project Manager with proven experience in Immuno-Oncology and Cell & Gene Therapy clinical trials to join IQVIA Biotech. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing therapies in the Immuno-Oncology space. You will leverage your expertise to lead complex, multi-regional studies and ensure operational excellence while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical studies.
Manage cross-functional project teams and drive achievement of study milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.
Monitor study progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
Ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and company processes.
Manage project financials, forecasting, and scope changes.
Support business development activities, including bid defenses and proposal strategy.
Mentor team members and promote best practices across projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
7+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Proven experience leading global or multi-regional clinical studies.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial and project management acumen.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $93,100.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
