Overview
The Identity Solutions team builds a scalable, global Identity Network that enables trusted digital interactions across the customer lifecycle. This network is foundational to Mastercard’s strategy to deliver next-generation identity, fraud, and authentication solutions.
We are seeking a Manager, Product Management to help shape and expand the Identity Network by identifying, onboarding, and operationalizing new data partnerships across key global regions, including Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and analytics, and is responsible for driving the evolution of the Identity Network as a core data and intelligence asset.
This role is highly visible and will work closely with senior leadership to define strategy, drive prioritization, and ensure measurable value creation from network expansion.

Role
In this position, you will:
• Identify and engage with strategic external partners and data providers to expand the Identity Network, with a focus on sourcing non-traditional and high-value data assets
• Partner closely with regional leadership teams to uncover opportunities, align on priorities, and initiate partner conversations across Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East
• Own partnership opportunities end-to-end, from opportunity identification through integration, while collaborating with regional and partner teams to structure and close deals
• Drive urgency and influence prioritization across cross-functional teams to ensure high-impact opportunities are advanced and delivered
• Orchestrate the integration of new partners into Mastercard systems, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and strong partner experience
• Develop frameworks and models to quantify the value of new data sources and partnerships, including financial, operational, and product impact
• Monitor and measure the long-term performance of integrated data sources, tracking their impact on product performance, data quality, and business outcomes
• Partner with global product teams to define how the Identity Network supports current and future product strategy across Identity Solutions
• Engage directly with customers and regional stakeholders to validate use cases, gather feedback, and refine product and partnership strategies
• Communicate insights, progress, and results to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Experience in product management, partnerships, or strategy roles, preferably within fintech, data, identity, or fraud prevention domains
• Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, conducting cost/value analysis, and driving data-informed decisions
• Experience working with data products, APIs, or platform-based solutions
• Proven ability to work across regions and in highly matrixed organizations, influencing without direct authority
• Experience engaging with external partners and customers, including leading discussions, shaping opportunities, and managing relationships
• Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to deliver outcomes
• Track record of driving initiatives from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive levels
• Intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and a bias for action
