Role responsibilities
The Management Trainee is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. They will work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills and assist in training and motivating teammates.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or one to three months of related retail experience. The candidate must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily and may require reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
