They will have experience building and managing high-performing sales teams (but will also be excited to hunt, lead from the front and close deals as well), driving operational excellence, and delivering against ambitious KPIs. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences to WINT’s customers and partners, the successful candidate will be inspired by the company’s culture and mission, and the opportunity to further scale and grow a hugely promising and ambitious business.   Proven B2B SaaS Sales leader Proven Sales leader with a track record of delivering against aggressive revenue targets through the full sales lifecycle.Will have experience of building a successful sales teams.Experience of implementing sales playbooks/frameworks.  Customer Focus Will have experience in Mid Market to Enterprise sized businesses.Knowledge or experience in growing average deal values.Knowledge or experience in helping teams transition from SMB to Mid Market/Enterprise sized businesses.  Exceptional people leadership & team management  Will be an inspiring, engaging people leader, able to set a vision and bring people with them. Will have a strong record of coaching, developing and retaining high-performing sales teams.Will be a strong and challenging leader who has a passion for mentoring sales talent.   Growth & scale experience/mindset Would have lived through a successful high-growth journey with an SMB/mid-market SaaS organisation. Will have experience or mindset of playing a key role in a growing, dynamic business and be comfortable with the change and pace. Will give his or her team, the confidence that they can calmly and effectively manage through such high growth. Requirements:5+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years management experienceProven experience in a Head Of Sales, Director Role or similar. Preference for those who have sold SaaS into Real Estate or Construction industry.Prior experience at a scaling startupPrior experience working with an international team is preferred.Proficiency in developing and executing successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Experience or understanding to be able to understand technical products and make it simple.Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.Alignment with the company's values and culture and a commitment to upholding its brand image in the UK market.Reporting To:CROLocation:London- Hybrid
