Accountabilities:

    You will be responsible for defining and driving long-term product strategy while ensuring alignment across teams, domains, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital products.

    • Define and own a 2–3 year product vision and roadmap aligned with company-wide strategic objectives
    • Develop and maintain an 18–24 month product strategy in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership
    • Act as a strategic hub to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure cross-team execution consistency
    • Lead end-to-end product problem solving, from discovery through execution, balancing technical and business needs
    • Identify high-value opportunities, assess risks, and guide stakeholder alignment on strategic direction
    • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to ensure architectural and platform alignment with product goals
    • Establish and promote best practices in product strategy, planning, and execution across teams
    • Mentor and support Product Managers in advanced discovery, prioritization, and strategic execution
    • Requirements:

      You are an experienced senior product leader with a strong ability to drive complex, multi-domain product strategies and translate them into scalable execution frameworks.

      • 10+ years of experience in digital or software product management
      • 5+ years in a senior individual contributor or equivalent strategic product leadership role
      • Proven experience owning full product lifecycle from 0-to-1 through scale in complex platforms
      • Strong ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, and data flows to inform product decisions
      • Demonstrated success in building and executing long-term product strategies and roadmaps
      • Deep understanding of prioritization frameworks, resource planning, and cross-team alignment
      • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with structured discovery capabilities
      • Experience improving and scaling product processes in collaboration with leadership teams
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders
      • Strong mentoring mindset with a passion for developing other product managers
      • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a systems-thinking approach
