Powering global fintech transactions, our comprehensive technology stack enables seamless banking solutions, lending platforms, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services, customized credit cards, prepaid cards, and more.About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to join the Lending product team and take ownership of one or more product areas within our lending platform. You will work directly with engineering, implementation, and client-facing teams to shape features that serve lenders across retail, MSME, and enterprise segments.This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership. You will define what gets built, ensure it ships with quality, and make sure the market understands its value. If you enjoy being in the detail while keeping the big picture in view, this role is for you.  What Will You Do in this Role● Own the product roadmap for your assigned lending product area. Translate business goals and client feedback into a prioritised, well-reasoned backlog.● Partner with engineering teams through the full feature lifecycle, from grooming and story writing through to release, ensuring clarity, quality, and pace.● Write precise, well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria and test guidance that engineering and QA teams can act on without ambiguity.● Drive the Go-to-Market process for new features: coordinate with Implementation, Support, and Sales to ensure successful rollouts and adoption.● Build and maintain comprehensive product documentation including feature guides, user manuals, product notes, and release communications. Documentation is a first-class deliverable here.● Engage directly with clients and prospects to capture product feedback, understand pain points,and identify opportunities that can be turned into platform capabilities.● Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform product positioning and prioritisation decisions.● Enable internal teams through training sessions, product decks, and collaterals that help Sales and Implementation self-serve effectively.● Mentor junior members of the product team and contribute to the team ways of working, including sprint planning and retrospectives.What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role                                                   ●3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally within a B2B technology or fintech environment.● Deep understanding of lending. You should be comfortable discussing loan origination, credit assessment, loan management, repayment structures, and collections without needing a primer.● Familiarity with the Indian credit and regulatory landscape, including RBI guidelines and NBFC compliance requirements.● Exposure to one or more lending segments including retail, MSME, secured, unsecured, or consumer credit. Breadth is valued.● Strong written and verbal communication. You can write a crisp user story and also present a product vision to a room of bankers.● Hands-on experience working alongside engineering teams on complex platform products. You are comfortable in technical conversations.● Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or similar).
