Compensation Range:

$17.50 - $22.75

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

Completes a short term assignment as a learning member of the healthcare team who works in support of training/viewing commensurate with the trainees level of educational advancement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Shadows assigned clinical or other staff to learn basic job related skills.
  • Performs general administrative duties, such as filing and data entry.
  • Assists in preparation of written materials and/or presentations as appropriate.
  • Contributes towards assigned project(s) during assignment.
  • May collaborate with other disciplines to gain additional skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Associate's degree or bachelors degree in progress required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
