Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and inspections on deployed equipment at Ports of Entry and diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. They will also install new equipment and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for upgrades and replacements.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience as a Field Service Technician. Strong technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently are essential.
