Role responsibilities

The Sales Operations Representative is responsible for customer order entry, order changes, and inquiries related to key accounts. They will also coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to address customer needs regarding order delivery and availability.

Requirements

A high school diploma is required, with a college degree or relevant work experience preferred. Candidates should have customer service experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
