Below are a few of the outstanding benefits that we offer:Health benefits effective day one of employment. Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more! What you’ll do: Understand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses.Troubleshoot various machinery problems.Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders.QC and document all parts run on machines.Retrieve and enter data into SAP computer system.Inventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production.Keep work areas clean and safe.Other various duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.#IND123Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications:Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.  This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.No relocation benefit is offered for this position.  Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.  Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.Six (6) months + of experience with forming or bending machines.Six (6) months + of experience reading drawings or blueprints.Experience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools.Skills: Ability to operate machinery and presses safely.Ability to read, accurately interpret, and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings.Ability to identify different gauges and types of raw material.Ability to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers.Ability to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision.Additional Information: Physical Requirements:Ability to stand on feet continuously during working shift with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to lift and bend on a continuous basis with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to regularly lift 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.Working Conditions:Exposure to cold/heat weather conditions while shipping doors are open.Fast paced working, while maintaining safety priorities.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
