Accountabilities:

    • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
    • Translate business opportunities into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient Agile delivery.
    • Continuously evaluate priorities based on value, risk, stakeholder feedback, and team capacity, making informed trade-off decisions to maximize business outcomes.
    • Define measurable success metrics for product initiatives and validate delivered solutions against expected business and customer impact.
    • Serve as the primary business representative for product priorities, collaborating with stakeholders through reviews, planning sessions, and ongoing feedback loops.
    • Partner closely with cross-functional Agile teams by providing clear direction, rapid decision-making, and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Coordinate dependencies across teams, proactively manage risks, and ensure product initiatives remain aligned with broader portfolio and strategic goals.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience, or 5+ years of experience combined with an advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience.
      • Proven experience serving as a Business Product Owner, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role within an Agile environment.
      • Strong ability to translate business requirements into prioritized product backlogs and actionable development plans.
      • Experience balancing business value, risk, and stakeholder expectations while making data-driven prioritization decisions.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across both business and technology teams.
      • Familiarity with Agile product delivery within regulated or complex industries; experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or financial services is a plus.
      • Experience leveraging delivery metrics, customer feedback, and performance data to drive continuous product improvement and long-term product strategy.
