If you are a frontend engineer who gets genuinely excited about the craft of building interfaces - someone who sweats the details of rendering performance and API design alike, and who loves seeing their work land directly in customers' hands — then your place is with us!
What will you do?
Own features end to end - take user-facing experiences from design to production, covering content editing, sharing and permissions, billing flows, and internal tooling
Build and ship an embeddable SDK - develop the widget and public APIs that let customers integrate our product into their own apps, where versioning and backward compatibility genuinely matter
Bring AI experiences to life in the UI - build tools for content generation, semantic search, and an in-product assistant that answers questions over large knowledge bases
Shape the contracts between frontend and backend - collaborate closely with backend and product to define shared data types, reason about async flows, and keep the system coherent as it grows
Drive quality and performance - own load times, rendering efficiency, state management at scale, testing, and documentation, improving the codebase as you go
Use AI tooling to move faster - leverage AI tools in your workflow while reviewing outputs critically and verifying correctness before anything ships
What You'll Need to Thrive in
4+ years of frontend experience - a track record of building and shipping production-grade features users actually rely on
Strong React fundamentals - a solid understanding of rendering, reconciliation, and state updates; enough to debug surprises and reason confidently about re-renders
Solid JavaScript core - closures, immutability, async patterns, and reference equality feel like home, and you understand how they ripple into React behavior and performance
Frontend architecture instincts - you've tried multiple state management and styling approaches (Context, Redux/Zustand, React Query, composition) and have real opinions on the trade-offs
Systems thinking - you notice how a change affects API contracts, other teams, and maintainability, and you're curious about broader topics like shared libraries, monorepos, and cross-app reuse
Customer obsession - you scope work sensibly, stay grounded in the actual user experience, and don't lose sight of what you're building and for whom
Bonus points if you have
Full-stack experience - comfort across the stack is a genuine advantage in a product-focused frontend role
Event-driven architecture exposure - message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS, or similar) or microservices
Data experience - working with multiple databases, data modeling, or graph/vector databases like Neo4j, Qdrant, or Pinecone
