Role responsibilities
Field Service Technicians provide thorough service support for technical problems, monitoring, testing, and demonstrations to minimize downtime and reduce costs. They are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing parts to maintain equipment while adhering to high quality standards.
Requirements
Candidates should have basic computer skills, familiarity with Epiroc equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude. A Certificate of Completion for a Technical or Trade School is preferred, along with relevant experience and the ability to complete required training.
