Field Service Technician - Network
Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician-Network will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecommunications products and equipment. This includes splicing and maintaining outside plant facilities and equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service and identifying sales opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 1 year of basic technical telecommunications experience or military service, along with 6 months of fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing experience. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be available for on-call responsibilities.
