Role mission:
As an Area Sales Representative for North and Central Spain, you will play a key role in:
- Driving sales growth in your region.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales management: Manage and maximize sales within the assigned geographic area.
- Order generation: Drive order generation through proactive sales activities.
- Customer engagement: Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities.
- Sales documentation: Maintain records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with application engineers to provide customers with optimal solutions.
- Event participation: Take part in company events and trade fairs.
- Sales analysis: Analyze and report on regional sales performance.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
- In-depth knowledge of the market and industry trends.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Optimism and resilience: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Language skills: Native or fluent Spanish is mandatory, with a good command of English.
- University degree in a technical field (preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics or related disciplines).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
