Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the strategic vision, growth roadmap, and business priorities to expand the platform’s player base, game portfolio, and competitive gaming offerings.
- Own the full business performance, including P&L responsibility, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term financial objectives.
- Establish growth targets across player acquisition, retention, monetization, and engagement, translating them into actionable plans across Product, Marketing, Live Operations, and Developer Success.
- Lead and scale a global leadership organization across Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, Live Operations, Player Operations, and Developer Success.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire senior talent while building a high-performance, data-driven, and player-focused culture.
- Oversee operational execution to ensure strong platform performance, seamless user experiences, and continued business growth.
- Monitor key business metrics including user growth, revenue, customer lifetime value, acquisition efficiency, retention, churn, and profitability.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and investment strategies while optimizing cost efficiency and business scalability.
- Act as the primary representative with executive stakeholders, industry partners, regulators, and external organizations.
- Present strategic plans, business reviews, and market insights to leadership teams to guide future growth opportunities.
- Proven experience leading a business through multiple growth stages, including building, scaling, fundraising, and ideally exit or acquisition.
- Experience as a CEO, President, General Manager, or equivalent executive leader with full ownership of product and commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue beyond $20M and the ability to grow a business toward significant future expansion.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams of 50+ employees.
- Strong background in consumer technology, mobile platforms, gaming, real-money gaming, ad technology, fintech, marketplaces, or related industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate as a business owner, make strategic trade-offs, and drive execution in high-ambiguity environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams and developing senior executives.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to engage deeply in operational challenges and support teams when needed.
- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of player behavior, engagement, and digital entertainment ecosystems.
- Experience working with India-based engineering or research and development teams is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Competitive compensation package including a starting base salary of $300,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
