Do you enjoy leading teams and driving operations across different countries? Are you motivated by improving performance while ensuring high-quality service delivery? As Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT & Cyber (m/f/d), you will take on a strategic leadership role within our Northern Europe operations. You will work closely with international stakeholders and guide teams to deliver efficient, customer-focused services. In this role, you will combine strategy and hands-on leadership, shape transformation initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You can expect a dynamic, multi-country environment where you will drive performance, optimize processes, and contribute to building future-ready operations.
 
 Your responsibilities
 

• Defining and implementing the operational strategy
• Monitoring and optimizing performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, cost)
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience
• Leading and developing international operations teams
• Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders
• Managing operational risks and ensuring business continuity
• Promoting innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making
• Developing talent and critical capabilities across the region
• Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and local regulations

Das bringst Du mit

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles
• Proven experience in operational management within large medical operations teams
• Proven experience in managing multi-site / international operations, healthcare services
• Demonstrated track record in process optimization and performance improvement
• Experience in transformation, digitalization, or change management initiatives
