In addition to the essential functions, the Finance Analyst will:

 

  • Collaborate in departmental cross-training initiatives.

  • Prepare the daily checkbook report to monitor plant manufacturing expenses.

  • Provide analysis on Labor Utilization, expenses, cost improvement plans, and other financial topics.

  • Ensure timely compliance with finance department requirements, maintaining ASAT files and related records.

  • Prepare financial reports, records, and statistical analyses as requested, reviewed by the Controller.

  • Actively participate in plant cost savings initiatives, system upgrades, and support for SPA projects.

  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.

  • Perform physical inventory reconciliations against ledgers.

  • Analyze and determine causes of physical FA inventory variances and monitor idle assets.

  • Organize and conduct the annual HDM & Rings physical fixed assets inventory.

  • Monitor and support all assigned finance-related activities.

  • Ensure compliance with capital expenditures and CRFA requirements.

  • Prepare, package, and file financial presentations for management and corporation as requested

Basic requirements:

  • Education: This position requires an accounting degree, preferably or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: This position requires a minimum 5 to 10 years in financial/accounting experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems; experience with Oracle and MRP preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and develop financial procedures for HDM.

  • Proven ability to prepare and maintain management reports, perform analysis, and recommend solutions for cost savings.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create financial presentations and interpret bilingual managerial instructions.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and effective teamwork.

  • Positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to perform job responsibilities effectively.
