Accountabilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring agile practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
- Act as a coach and mentor for development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, promoting Scrum values and agile principles.
- Remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Encourage collaboration, communication, and alignment among multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for process optimization, and support agile maturity initiatives.
- Assist teams in backlog management, sprint planning, execution, and delivery processes.
- Support technical discussions by understanding software development concepts, data modeling, algorithms, programming fundamentals, and SQL.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Help ensure high-quality product delivery through effective coordination, facilitation, and agile governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or currently completing the final year of a relevant degree.
- Proven experience working in agile environments with strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting cross-functional software development teams.
- Understanding of data modeling using CASE tools such as ERwin (ERWN) or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of algorithms, software development concepts, and high-level and low-level programming languages.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to motivate teams, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Scrum certification is not required but is considered an advantage.
