What You Can Expect

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Loan Set Operations team in Western Australia.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain who enjoys leading from the front. Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry will be highly regarded.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient distribution of surgical loan sets that support life-changing procedures across WA. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams, you'll lead a high-performing team while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operation to ensure exceptional service for our customers.

How You'll Create Impact

As Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and coach the Inbound and Outbound Loan Set team, rotating across both functions.
  • Drive team performance to ensure operational targets and customer service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Recruit, develop and mentor team members through regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Plan staffing and allocate resources to meet operational demands.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors and increase operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Lead the resolution of customer issues, including visiting customer sites when required.
  • Support the implementation of operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives across the WA business.
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment through 5S principles.

You'll also remain actively involved in the operation by:

  • Coordinating the distribution of surgical loan sets to hospitals and customers.
  • Managing surgery bookings and issuing booking confirmations.
  • Picking, packing and preparing loan sets for dispatch.
  • Liaising with Sales Representatives and other Loan Set Coordinators to ensure accurate scheduling and product availability.
  • Monitoring inventory availability and communicating stock shortages.
  • Working closely with transport providers to optimise delivery performance.
  • Maintaining accurate data and system records.
  • Collecting operational data and reporting to support business improvements.
  • Supporting projects and other operational initiatives as required.

What Makes You Stand Out

You'll be an experienced logistics professional who enjoys leading teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.

You'll bring:

  • At least 7 years' experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain.
  • Previous leadership or team supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Confidence using warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support operational activities whenever required.
  • Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent).
