Your mission
We are seeking a Business Operations Project Manager to support the operational backbone of the Marketing organization, with a primary focus on budget operations. This role manages the Marketing budget end to end, partners closely with Finance, Procurement, and Marketing business partners, and flexes to support broader operational rhythms across Marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially literate, an effective communicator, and treats AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a default work methodology. They can quickly absorb clear direction and apply structure and systems in an ambiguous environment.
What you'll do at UiPath
Program and Project Management
Own the project plan and recurring cadence for the Marketing budget cycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting milestones against time, scope, and budget constraints.
Coordinate inputs from stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Procurement; drive deadlines and dependencies.
Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and budget cycle artifacts to ensure visibility for stakeholders.
Surface blockers proactively and drive them to resolution.
Budget Operations
Manage the Marketing budget end to end across planning, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting cycles.
Partner with Finance and FP&A counterparts on quarter close, accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain the recurring strategic budget reporting cadence used by Marketing leadership.
Maintain and steward Marketing's activity-level budget tracking application, including configuration, bug triage, anomaly flagging, and ensuring proper usage across Marketing teams.
Manage budget holdback tracking, investment triage, and budget transfer workflows.
Assist Marketing team members in the coordination of vendor and procurement workflows.
Operational Rhythms
Support recurring operating rhythms across Marketing, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and leadership cadences.
Coordinate select cross-functional initiatives in support of Business Operations priorities.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Marketing leaders, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and other functional teams on shared workflows.
Translate operational detail into clear, executive-level updates for Marketing leadership.
What you'll bring to the team
4 or more years of professional experience in business operations, marketing operations, finance operations, program management, or a similar operational role.
Demonstrated experience supporting budget management, financial planning, or finance partnership in a corporate setting.
Comfort applying structure and systems in an ambiguous environment; balances clear direction with independent execution.
Demonstrated experience producing professional updates, reports, and readouts for senior stakeholders.
AI and Tool Fluency
Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) as a regular part of work, not as an occasional aid.
Comfort using AI tools for drafting, summarizing, automating, and synthesizing information.
Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft 365, Confluence) and project tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar).
Communication and Stakeholder Support
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while partnering across business functions to deliver outcomes.
Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing and B2B SaaS Exposure
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing organizations.
Familiarity with the structure of marketing functions (demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, brand).
Finance and Operations Background
Experience partnering with FP&A teams, supporting budget owners, or working in a business operations function.

PMI/PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
