The Crown Is Yours
As an Analyst I, Marketing Analytics, you’ll help shape how we invest in and optimize our marketing strategy through data-driven insights. You’ll partner with the Growth Marketing Team to evaluate campaign performance, uncover opportunities to improve customer acquisition and monetization, and influence decisions across reach and partnership channels, including Audio and Influencer. Your work will directly inform how we measure success, maximize marketing investment, and apply emerging technologies, including large language model-powered tools, to strengthen our analytics capabilities.
What you'll do as an Analyst I, Marketing Analytics
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Team to understand business objectives, anticipate downstream impacts, and deliver analyses that drive strategic decision-making.
- Own analytics for key marketing initiatives by identifying high-impact opportunities, quantifying business value, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze campaign performance to uncover opportunities that improve marketing investment, channel effectiveness, and customer monetization.
- Evaluate the performance of reach and partnership marketing channels, including Audio and Influencer, and provide recommendations that optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that measure campaign performance, return on investment, and results against forecasts.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leaders through clear, compelling data storytelling.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies, including large language model-powered tools, to improve analytical workflows and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, with at least 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for large-scale data analysis; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Sigma, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and analytical methodologies, or a strong desire to develop expertise in these areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
