Accountabilities:

    The Market & Partner Development Director is responsible for owning regional growth initiatives, developing partner capabilities, and driving commercial excellence through a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and direct market engagement.

    • Own the regional business strategy by developing and presenting plans covering targets, priorities, opportunities, risks, and investment needs.
    • Drive revenue growth by managing a balanced approach across partner development, direct selling, market expansion, and customer engagement.
    • Strengthen relationships with rep firms, resellers, integrators, consultants, and strategic accounts to increase loyalty, performance, and market share.
    • Develop partner-growth strategies focused on improving win rates, deal velocity, solution attachment, and profitability.
    • Coach and enable channel partners through structured programs, joint account planning, sales reviews, pursuit support, and capability-building initiatives.
    • Support direct and indirect resellers by improving pipeline conversion, solution adoption, and sales execution through enablement sessions and strategic collaboration.
    • Lead strategic customer pursuits by applying consultative selling approaches, value-based messaging, and effective opportunity management.
    • Identify new market opportunities, develop influencer relationships, and execute regional growth strategies across key verticals.
    • Drive adoption of new products and commercial campaigns by partnering with marketing, product, and sales teams.
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, threats, and opportunities that inform business decisions.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and key customer or partner engagements.
    • Maintain strong operational discipline through CRM management, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and consistent sales execution.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with extensive experience in professional audio, commercial AV, or related technology markets. This individual should have a proven ability to manage regional growth, develop channel ecosystems, and influence customers and partners.

      • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales success within professional audio, commercial AV, installed systems, or related industries.
      • Demonstrated experience managing a regional territory with responsibility for pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue growth.
      • Strong understanding of commercial audio solutions, including background/foreground music, media, paging systems, multi-zone applications, and live sound reinforcement.
      • Proven success working with channel partners, including rep firms, distributors, dealers, resellers, and system integrators.
      • Experience building partner enablement programs that improve sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
      • Strong relationships and market credibility across verticals such as hospitality, retail, restaurants, fitness, higher education, corporate environments, and houses of worship.
      • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into customer-focused business solutions.
      • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, partners, and customers.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage change, and execute go-to-market strategies.
      • Experience launching new products, campaigns, or sales enablement programs is preferred.
      • Familiarity with consultant/specification communities and driving specification influence is highly valued.
      • Ability to work remotely while traveling up to 75% within the region, including overnight travel by air and car.
      • Must reside in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, or North Florida.
      • Benefits:
