Regional Reward Analyst – EMEA
About the Role
The Regional Reward Analyst – EMEA plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of reward and benefits programmes across the EMEA region. The role combines operational delivery, analytical insight, and project support across a broad range of reward activities, helping ensure reward programmes remain competitive, effective, and aligned to business priorities.
Working closely with the Head of Reward EMEA, the wider Reward team, HR stakeholders, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors, the role provides analytical support, contributes to regional reward initiatives, and helps drive operational excellence across reward and benefits processes.
The role will also play a significant role in the ongoing management of the UK Electric Vehicle (EV) scheme, acting as a key contact for the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of reward and benefits programmes across the EMEA region.
- Act as the primary operational contact for the UK Electric Vehicle (EV) scheme, partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support the effective day-to-day management of the programme.
- Support cyclical reward activities including reward review processes, reporting, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Produce and analyse reward-related data and reports, including compensation analysis, benefits trends, gender pay gap reporting, and market information to support decision-making and regional insight.
- Support reward-related projects and organisational activities including business reorganisations, TUPE transfers, divestments, benefits harmonisation, and the introduction of new reward and benefits programmes.
- Partner with HR teams, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to support the effective delivery and governance of reward and benefits programmes.
- Conduct regular data validation and audit activities to ensure reward and benefits data integrity across systems, reporting outputs, and vendor processes.
- Manage and resolve reward and benefits-related queries and issues through agreed case management channels, ensuring a high standard of stakeholder support and timely resolution.
- Participate in external reward and benefits benchmarking activities and surveys to support regional competitiveness and reward strategy development.
- Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency, supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and develop process documentation, operational guidance, and knowledge materials to support consistency and governance across reward activities.
- Support additional reward and HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Experience working within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting reward-related data, identifying trends, and supporting insight-driven decision-making.
- Experience supporting reward processes such as benchmarking, annual reward review activities, benefits administration, or compensation analysis.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative working relationships across regional and global teams.
- Experience working with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel-based analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and regional complexity.
- Experience supporting regional reward projects or programme implementations would be advantageous.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
