What You'll Do

As a Senior Modern Trade Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular business reviews and performance discussions.
  • Identify sales opportunities, solve business challenges, and implement growth initiatives to maximize account performance.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close commercial agreements with customers and distributors at multiple organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with customers to execute impactful marketing and promotional activities.
  • Partner closely with internal channel teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and commercial initiatives.
  • Drive excellence in product availability, visibility, assortment, and merchandising to secure optimal shelf placement and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and internal data to develop sustainable growth strategies.
  • Manage Trade Term Spending (TTS) claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure effective stock management and supply planning to maintain 95%+ CCFOT (Customer Case Fill On Time) performance.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Account Management, or FMCG-related roles.
  • Experience working with modern trade customers is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Commercially savvy with a growth mindset.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to make agile decisions in a dynamic market environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
