We're seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs for a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining GFSI standards, overseeing Quality Assurance and Sanitation functions, leading HACCP initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead food safety, quality, sanitation, and compliance programs
- Serve as GFSI Compliance Lead and HACCP Team Leader
- Manage customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Lead investigations, corrective actions, and quality improvements
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership to support plant performance
- Train employees and foster a strong food safety culture
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of quality or food safety experience in food manufacturing
- Experience leading GFSI programs (SQF, BRC, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80,000–$90,000 based on experience
