Accountabilities

    • Contact warm inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and conduct professional qualification calls using a structured sales process.
    • Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their financial circumstances, and identify their property investment and retirement objectives.
    • Perform basic financial calculations, including property equity, outstanding debt, retirement income estimates, and tax-related assessments using provided tools.
    • Evaluate prospects against qualification criteria and schedule appointments with senior financial strategists for suitable candidates.
    • Accurately record customer interactions, maintain detailed CRM records, and ensure data integrity throughout the sales process.
    • Consistently achieve appointment booking targets while maintaining high standards of call quality, compliance, and customer experience.
    • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings to continuously improve performance and product knowledge.
    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 3 years' experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting, or phone-based sales.
      • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral English accent and strong interpersonal abilities.
      • Proven ability to confidently manage high volumes of outbound calls and build trust with prospective customers.
      • Strong numerical skills and financial literacy, with the ability to perform basic calculations during customer conversations.
      • Comfortable discussing financial products, investment topics, or related customer needs.
      • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient when handling objections and working toward KPIs.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
      • Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup; a dual-monitor workstation is highly advantageous.
      • Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Mortgage Broking, Property Investment, Wealth Management, Debt Review, Collections, or outbound contact centers is highly desirable.
      • Familiarity with CRM platforms, GoHighLevel (GHL), predictive dialers, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is beneficial.
      • Previous experience supporting Australian customers is an advantage but not required.
