Accountabilities:
- Design, support, and optimize Microsoft 365 cloud architecture across Power Platform, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, Copilot, Azure, Intune, and related services.
- Support Power Platform architecture, including environment configuration, governance frameworks, pipelines, and enterprise policy implementation.
- Assist with SharePoint Online administration and evaluate SharePoint hybrid infrastructure considerations.
- Support integrations between Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Azure, and third-party platforms.
- Contribute to data readiness planning, compliance configuration, permissions management, retention strategies, and data protection initiatives.
- Monitor M365 services, Dataverse performance, resource utilization, and assist with troubleshooting and optimization efforts.
- Support tenant configuration, backup solutions, and maintenance activities for cloud services.
- Participate in proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, technical evaluations, architecture documentation, and roadmap development.
- Collaborate with technical teams, security professionals, developers, engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Prepare regular project updates, status reports, and health assessments to communicate progress and technical insights.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 cloud-based services in enterprise or government environments.
- Experience architecting, designing, implementing, administering, or optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and Microsoft 365 development practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and environment management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft services including Exchange Online, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Azure, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and related technologies.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of enterprise permissions management, governance frameworks, compliance settings, retention policies, and security controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across Microsoft 365 environments and related platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to successfully complete required federal security onboarding and security training.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Graph connectors, Copilot, Loop, AI Builder, and AvePoint Online Services.
- Experience supporting M365 migrations, tenant architecture, governance strategies, and security architecture.
- Background supporting federal government or large enterprise cloud environments.
- Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server clusters, SharePoint farms, or hybrid enterprise architectures.
