Quality Management Nurse Consultant - Pennsylvania

Position Summary
Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects from initiation through timely completion to meet business objectives and increase performance. Works with internal staff across multiple departments to identify data sources, processes and activities required to meet state regulatory compliance requirements or meet the objectives of the Quality Management (QM) program. Using innovation, integration and information, links the quality management activities to business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted license.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality management care experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel in-state up to 10%; with possibility of out of state travel for meetings, up to 5%. Mileage and travel expense is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
- Strong knowledge of NCQA standards and requirements
- Exceptional verbal/written/presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects with overlapping deliverables
- Proficient in workplace applications and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, cloud-based document management, virtual communication/collaboration, and project platforms) with the ability to leverage tools to optimize work processes

- Ability to analyze and manage large amounts of data
Education
- Associates or diploma nursing degree required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,522.00 - $129,615.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
