Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.OverviewSupervises and performs compounding packaging and dispensing of pharmaceuticals according to prescription, physician order or floor stock request in compliance with state and federal law and regulation. Possesses the skills and ability to assess data reflective of patient status and to interpret this information and identify the patients' needs in relation to age specific requirements, and to provide care as described in accordance with state and federal law and regulation, and facility policy and procedures. Reviews, validates, monitors patient profiles to assure appropriate dosage and therapy as well as patient specific assessment of medication orders.What you will doReviews, validates, and assesses patient specific medication orders. Monitors patient profiles to assure appropriate dosage and therapy.
