Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr
U.S. Staff/Principal Product DesignerWe’re Jump, the #1 AI assistant for financial advisors.If you're a product designer approaching peak UX powers who has great instincts for customer-focused user flows; experience working from and contributing to a design system; a natural ability to prioritize designing what is crucial over all else; and a yolo attitude about employing semicolons—we want to meet you!About You and Your Roll at Jump:Experience: You have 4–8 years of direct experience designing software applications for web and mobile. You must be able to contribute directly to the product and design across one or more feature areas.Design abilities: You can design beautiful, intuitive experiences*.* You’re open to feedback, and you can create flows that guide users intuitively through their tasks while accounting for micro-interactions along the way.Speed, & intuition: We move quickly as a product organization, so you should have an instinct for what makes a feature worth designing (i.e., customers need it) and what the minimum is to ship a quality experience.Design System & UX Patterns: You're familiar with and respect design systems. We want consistency across the entire app experience so you must be able to understand and use our existing design system and patterns, and feel comfortable proposing adjustments when needed.Mindset & Philosophy (Why you might want to work with us)We’re a small and efficient design team.
