You must be able to contribute directly to the product and design across one or more feature areas.Design abilities: You can design beautiful, intuitive experiences*.* You’re open to feedback, and you can create flows that guide users intuitively through their tasks while accounting for micro-interactions along the way.Speed, & intuition: We move quickly as a product organization, so you should have an instinct for what makes a feature worth designing (i.e., customers need it) and what the minimum is to ship a quality experience.Design System & UX Patterns: You're familiar with and respect design systems.
