Accountabilities:

    The Finance Manager of FP&A Systems & Analytics will support the evolution of financial planning processes, reporting systems, and analytics capabilities while acting as a strategic partner across finance and technology teams. Key responsibilities include:

    • Serve as a liaison between finance and IT teams to support, maintain, and enhance financial planning and reporting applications.
    • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end data flows, master data structures, system integrations, and dependencies across financial platforms.
    • Prepare and support planning applications for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
    • Assist with system troubleshooting, reconciliations, security management, master data updates, training, and ongoing process improvements.
    • Partner with FP&A leadership to design future-state planning requirements, including management reporting, standard costing, program allocations, and process optimization.
    • Support finance transformation initiatives by ensuring current and future business requirements are effectively enabled through enterprise systems.
    • Contribute to system implementation activities, including user acceptance testing, data migration efforts, reporting enhancements, and platform transitions.
    • Support financial planning and reporting tools, including revenue planning, management reporting, commercial analytics platforms, and business intelligence solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions across FP&A operations.
    • Support governance processes related to master data management, compliance, access controls, and system documentation.
    • Act as a key member of the FP&A super-user community by providing training, best practices, and ongoing support.
    • Lead documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve consistency and adoption across finance teams.
    • Provide strategic input into future FP&A capabilities, helping shape new ways of working and enterprise-wide improvements.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a finance systems professional with strong FP&A expertise, analytical capabilities, and experience supporting complex business transformation initiatives. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
      • Advanced degree, CPA certification, or MBA preferred.
      • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, global finance, or FP&A environments, preferably within an in-house corporate setting.
      • Deep understanding of financial planning processes, reporting requirements, and business performance management.
      • Experience implementing, managing, and enhancing financial planning applications such as Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, and SAP.
      • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and proven financial modeling experience.
      • Experience supporting enterprise financial systems, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions.
      • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage change, improve processes, and drive adoption of new systems and ways of working.
      • Strong judgment, collaboration skills, and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex business challenges.
