Data Transfer Administrator
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Exchange team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days in office.
Data Transfer Administrator
We will count on you to:
- Manage and maintain the operational readiness of critical data transfer applications and infrastructure.
- Design, build, and enhance data transfer solutions for internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
- Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets, including incident triage and issue resolution.
- Participate in client calls to gather requirements, manage change requests, and support service satisfaction.
- Automate transfer rule tasks, integrate applications, and support platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with operational knowledge of data transfer solutions.
- Experience administering the GlobalScape data transfer platform, or a similar managed file transfer platform. We will train if you don’t have Globalscape experience.
- Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PGP encryption, data transfer ciphers, MACs, and key algorithms.
- Proven ability to review logs and troubleshoot connectivity issues through to resolution.
- Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, shell scripting, ServiceNow, Microsoft Windows Clustering, and OKTA two-factor authentication.
