At Boston Scientific Electrophysiology, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the business and while true to our mission of improving patient health.[Purpose Statement]Sell and promote company products within a defined geographic territory by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products by current accounts in an effort to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and to directly increase sales revenue of the company. Especially, electrophysiology will lead and launch FARAPULSE system and Rhythmia(3D) system; to aid the achievement of KOL (Key opinion Leader) satisfaction and to support customers with clinical/technical assistance.[Key Responsibilities]Sell products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and growth market assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basisDevelop an action plan(i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly figures and reports identifying the needs of accounts and discussing issues with manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goalDevelop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future salesManage key customers through in-service/procedural observations including electrophysiology study and radiofrequency/cryo/pulse field ablation performed in the electrophysiology laboratoryCollaborate/Manage with channel partners on market analysis, business strategy development, demand planning, and schedule management to achieve annual sales targetsConduct customer education programs to promote the benefits and proper use of our electrophysiology products and attend related meetings, conferences, and exhibition on behalf of Boston ScientificServe as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development for EP systems and cathetersAttend cases in hospital labs, accounts for case support and development efforts of our capital systems and their componentsRespond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutionsWill be required to maintain/develop advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscapeRequired to attend training sessions depending on the level of EP (Electrophysiology) knowledge acquiredMust be willing to travel within the assigned territory (Seoul, Gyeongsang or Chunghonam) as needed to ensure area coverage and business support[Required Qualifications]1~5 years of Medical Industry experience (Arrhythmia field is preferred)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or EngineeringPassion to learn and dedicate to improving patient’s livesMust be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as with a teamAbility to Planning, Prioritizing and self-time management skillsGood written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong teamwork, communication, proactive, and presentation...
