This position is responsible for the business engagement and project management for research related to Integrated Services, ensuring customer insights are incorporated into Company decisions.
What you'll do...
- The Integrated Services Research Manager will:
- Manage the execution and reporting of all consumer and design research projects supporting Integrated Services.
- Serve as an SME on all services research and provide consultation and guidance to global GCI personnel.
- Interface with IS GM Coordinator team member (TBD) to understand IS roadmap and research priorities.
- Manage the design, execution, analysis and reporting of global services and design research projects as needed by the business.
- Contribute to an annual research plan to support key skill team objectives.
- Liaise and interface with key internal clients in IS to ensure their customer information requirements are met.
- For outsourced projects, manage research supplier staff to ensure study design, execution, analytics and data integrity are aligned with business objectives and company standards globally.
- For inhouse projects, leverage the appropriate internal tools to conduct & manage the project.
- Manage supplier activity in the distribution of reports and presentations and the publishing of these to the GCI Knowledge Management System (“Lighthouse”).
- Manage assigned budget ($ amount TBD).
- Follow GCI project initiation (Aurora and Ariba), bidding and billing procedures.
You'll have...
- Bachelor's degree required (Market Research, Stats, Math, Sociology, or Anthropology preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of market research experience required with proficiency in sampling, research methodology, research data structure and advanced market research analytic techniques. Experience with design and service / experience research is essential.
- Working and applied knowledge of qualitative and qualitative research is essential, including sampling, methods, analysis.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an ability to translate and communicate analytical research findings into actionable insights.
- Proven capability to think systemically, strategically, and analytically while executing decisively.
- Ability to integrate data and findings from a variety of data sources and present a holistic view of a position.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
