What you will do
We are looking for talented individuals to help grow Oracle’s EPM customer base across the UK and Ireland. In particular, this role requires a broad understanding of EPM (Connected Planning, Account Reconciliation, Consolidation, Tax Reporting) with a particular focus on the planning-related domains of the solution (financial and non-financial planning). As an engaging presenter, the successful candidate has the presence and credibility to facilitate business level discussions with an executive level audience.
In this role you will work collaboratively with peers across the entire sales cycle to achieve sales targets and deliver continued success to existing and new Oracle cloud customers.
- Actively maintaining a depth of knowledge around competitive offerings
- Understanding and effective communication of business outcomes that can be achieved through the deployment of the solution.
- Educating customers and Partner Organisation’s in Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and value propositions
- Support effective handover of clients from pre-sales into implementation.
- Contributing to customer success and reference ability
What you’ll bring:
Advanced EPM applications solution consulting experience with good EPM Planning knowledge
Understanding of Oracle Cloud Strategy and SaaS applications
Solid Financial background
Experience of working in the Public Sector
The ability to conduct detailed discovery, account planning and solution mapping to meet critical business needs
Experience in facilitating first-class, value-based product/application presentations to enterprise customers
Strong relationship building skills to develop connections across Oracle, our partner ecosystem, and our clients to create customer advocacy for Oracle and its solutions
Understanding of the full Sales cycle and excellent project management skills with experience of preparing responses to complex RFP’s
Ability to apply technology to drive innovation and drive customer value with a customer centric approach

Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
