Job DescriptionThe EO Sterilization Project Manager is responsible for coordinating sterilization and validation projects, ensuring timely execution of operations, managing client relationships, and aligning cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and operational deliverables.The ideal candidate would possess:Proven flexibility and adaptability while managing multiple sterilization and validation projects simultaneouslyStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (oral and written) with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlinesExperience coordinating schedules and resolving operational conflictsAbility to maintain accurate records and ensure audit-ready documentation in regulated environmentsPrior project management or client service experience in a scientific or regulated industryProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, etc.) and ERP systems such as Oracle; experience with LIMS is a plusFamiliarity with GMP, ISO standards, or sterilization validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ preferred)Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive, customer-focused attitudeKey Responsibilities:Project Scheduling & Execution:Track sterilizer schedules, capacity utilization, and validation timelinesCoordinate validation and production activities to ensure on-time executionCollaborate with operations to align schedules with client deliverablesIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple concurrent projectsClient & Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary client liaison for sterilization projectsMaintain detailed communication logs and provide weekly status updatesCommunicate project timelines, risks, and opportunities clearly to clientsFacilitate collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholdersDocumentation & Compliance Coordination:Coordinate QA documentation for sterilization and validation activitiesEnsure accurate and complete documentation flow between QA, operations, and clientsSupport compliance with GMP, internal quality systems, and...
