Accountabilities:

    • Source high-potential early-stage startups through outbound outreach, founder networks, referrals, ecosystem engagement, and research tools.
    • Manage and evaluate inbound investment opportunities from initial screening through due diligence and investment recommendations.
    • Analyze startup markets, emerging technologies, and industry trends to support investment theses and identify new opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with founders, operators, investors, and members of the startup ecosystem.
    • Represent the investment team at industry events, founder meetings, and community initiatives.
    • Prepare investment materials, including research summaries, market analyses, and evaluation memos to support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with accelerator and platform teams to support portfolio companies and enhance the founder experience.
    • Develop a strong understanding of early-stage company building and contribute insights on market opportunities and trends.
    • Act as a proactive ambassador within the startup ecosystem by sharing ideas, building networks, and identifying promising talent.
    • Requirements:

      • 1–3 years of experience in technology startups, venture capital, entrepreneurship, or a related environment.
      • Strong interest in emerging technologies, startups, and early-stage investing with a continuous learning mindset.
      • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to write concise analyses, summarize complex information, and present compelling investment perspectives.
      • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to evaluate markets, business models, and growth opportunities.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and taking initiative.
      • Ability to build authentic relationships with founders and ecosystem participants through networking, outreach, and community engagement.
      • Digital fluency and comfort using online platforms to build networks, share insights, and engage with startup communities.
      • Experience as a founder, builder, or entrepreneur is considered an asset, providing additional empathy for early-stage founders.
