Accountabilities:

    As VP of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of a global partnership ecosystem designed to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and platform adoption. You will lead high-value relationships, develop scalable partnership models, and build a world-class alliances function.

    • Define and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy across ERP providers, fintech platforms, financial institutions, value-added resellers, ISVs, and indirect channels.
    • Build and scale a partner ecosystem aligned with business growth objectives and long-term market opportunities.
    • Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue through co-sell, embedded finance, white-label, and channel partnership strategies.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partners while managing the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing through execution.
    • Develop executive-level relationships with key partners, leading negotiations, commercial agreements, and joint success planning.
    • Establish measurable partnership goals, performance metrics, and operating frameworks to maximize partner impact.
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure partnerships are scalable, compliant, and integrated into go-to-market strategies.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnerships organization with clear processes, accountability, and performance standards.
    • Monitor market trends across B2B payments, embedded finance, ERP ecosystems, and AI-driven solutions to inform strategy and innovation.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and data-driven insights to improve partner discovery, enablement, and performance while maintaining responsible data practices.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially driven partnerships executive with extensive experience building ecosystems within SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology environments. You bring strong leadership capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to create measurable business impact through partnerships.

      • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem leadership roles within SaaS, payments, fintech, or related technology sectors.
      • Proven track record of building ERP, financial institution, ISV, VAR, or channel partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
      • Deep understanding of B2B payments, enterprise software ecosystems, and indirect go-to-market strategies.
      • Experience designing partnership strategies end-to-end, including partner identification, commercial negotiations, enablement, and performance measurement.
      • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to co-create products, services, and commercial models with strategic partners.
      • Executive presence with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
      • Experience operating successfully in fast-growing, metrics-driven organizations.
      • Ability to influence across multiple functions and collaborate effectively with senior leadership teams.
      • Understanding of data-sharing regulations and responsible applications of AI and machine learning within business ecosystems.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable partnership strategies.
