Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Senior Federal Project Manager to join our mission-drive organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading program activities to ensure the successful delivery of large, complex federal task orders. As a project management professional and leading contributor, you will provide high-quality operational and project management support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements. This role requires the ability to independently assess priorities, oversee project activities, and maintain alignment with key program objectives. Working closely with federal customers, delivery teams, and program leadership, you will help manage customer expectations, minimize risk, and ensure project deliverables consistently meet or exceed quality standards.

You will provide strategic operations support by coordinating with stakeholders, preparing leadership and customer-facing materials, facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining alignment across multiple workstreams. You will analyze business needs and apply Oracle methodologies, policies, industry best practices, and product knowledge to help ensure solutions align with customer objectives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven project manager who is highly organized, possesses strong communication and business acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 

  • Support the Task Order Owner and/or Lead Project Manager in managing the tasks required for the end-to-end contractual delivery of large, complex task orders.

  • Manage the scope of large-scale, multi-site task orders with varying levels of complexity ensuring adherence to scope/contractual delivery and financial commitments in accordance with the Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Price Schedule.
  • Monitor the Integrated Master Schedule for updates to identify potential delays or lack of progress, including follow-ups with the delivery team.
  • Create/update presentations for internal and customer-facing performance meetings, project management reviews, status reports, and other briefings as needed.

  • Lead internal and external project meetings, providing updates on progress and milestones, key operational and financial measures and risks assessments. 
  • Facilitate consistent communication between internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements, deadlines, priorities and decisions are aligned and clearly understood. 
  • Support and monitor 3rd party supplier contracts ensuring alignment to scope and resourcing needs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on staffing levels, forecast hours, project actuals, and variances. Identifies root cause of variances exceeding the allowed threshold and works to remediate.
  • Support continuous process improvement efforts through capture and resolution of lessons learned. 
  • Manage the creation and updates of contractual deliverables by coordinating with subject matter experts and content owners, ensuring deliverables are high-quality, complete and acceptable to the client.
  • Initiate and gather details for Work at Risk approvals.
  • Proactively identify and track project risks, develop mitigation plans, establish and support escalation and communication pathways for project-related issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the delivery team and VA PM.
  • Communicate information to project team members ensuring they are equipped with specifics to the project logistics, project numbers and other pertinent information. 
  • Support invoice review/approval.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to delivery teams and fellow team members.
  • Support travel expense auditing and approvals, ensuring expense submissions comply with GSA rate(s) and other expense policies.

  • Support data calls as requested by Task Order leadership.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $81,700 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
