Accountabilities:

    The Associate, Portfolio Development will support senior leadership by improving strategic execution, enabling collaboration across business units, and driving operational excellence across a diverse software portfolio. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.

    • Partner with portfolio leadership to define, track, and communicate strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across product, operations, finance, HR, and customer-facing teams.
    • Translate business objectives into structured action plans, supporting execution and monitoring progress against key initiatives.
    • Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, and decision-making materials for senior stakeholders.
    • Lead and support cross-functional projects, including integrations, process improvements, operational initiatives, and business transformation programs.
    • Monitor KPIs, identify risks and dependencies, and provide insights to accelerate performance improvements.
    • Support the implementation of scalable frameworks related to governance, reporting, compliance, onboarding, and operational processes.
    • Act as a trusted partner to leadership by providing analysis, recommendations, and structured problem-solving support.
    • Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring clear communication and effective follow-through.
    • Serve as a key connection point between portfolio teams and central functions such as finance, HR, legal, IT, and M&A.
    • Support newly acquired businesses through integration activities and alignment with portfolio standards.
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and operational insights to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend practical solutions that enhance efficiency and business performance.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable working in a global, fast-moving software environment and have experience supporting strategic initiatives, operations, or business transformation projects.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a global business mindset.
      • Experience in strategy, operations, PMO, consulting, business transformation, or Chief of Staff–style roles, preferably within software or technology environments.
      • Understanding of SaaS business models, operational frameworks, and performance metrics, or the ability and willingness to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
      • Experience collaborating across multiple teams, regions, and cultures.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
      • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and operational teams through strong emotional intelligence and discretion.
      • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
      • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership.
