Would you like an opportunity to travel and work in multiple EU countries and cultures? The role will be based in UK with 50% of time traveling either domestically within the country or to other EMEA countries.
Key job responsibilities
Support end-to-end project delivery from initial concept through final construction
Assist in preparing comprehensive project budgets and detailed schedules
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Maintain meticulous project documentation and tracking systems
Learn and apply best practices in pre-construction and construction processes

Your day will be a blend of strategic planning and hands-on project coordination. You might start by reviewing permit applications, then transition to construction site visits, engaging with contractors, and tracking project milestones. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Experience in construction management
- Proficient user in English (C1) and local language
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
- Internship experience in construction or design
- Experience with documentation systems
- Experience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments are considered a strong plus
- French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Experience in construction management
- Proficient user in English (C1) and local language
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of project management tools- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
- Internship experience in construction or design
- Experience with documentation systems
